Step 1: Search for Products

Our platform supports three flexible product search methods to help users find items with ease:

  1. Product Link – Paste a direct link from 1688, Taobao, or Tmall, for example:

  2. Product Keywords – Enter keywords such as “dress” to browse related product listings.
  3. Product Image – Upload an image to perform visual search and discover matching or similar products.

These options ensure a quick and accurate product discovery experience, whether you're sourcing by name, image, or link.

Step 2: Create an Order
Click on the product to enter the product page

Order Creation Process

  1. On the product detail page, select the desired color, size, and quantity, then click “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart”.
  2. Click the shopping cart icon at the top right corner of the page, select the items you wish to purchase, and click the “Estimated Price” button at the bottom to proceed to the order confirmation page.
  3. Carefully review the product price and domestic (China) shipping fees on the confirmation page. Once confirmed, click “Confirm Order” to proceed to the payment step.

Step 3: Account Top-Up
When placing your first order, your account balance will show as 0 on the payment page. You will need to top up your account before proceeding.

Platform Top-Up Process

  1. Enter the top-up amount on the recharge page and click “Confirm”.
  2. Select a payment method and transfer the amount to the designated account.
  3. Upload the bank transfer receipt for verification.
  4. Wait for platform approval. Once verified, the amount will be credited to your account balance.

Step 4: Make Payment
In My Orders, select the order you want to pay for and click the Pay button.

Payment Process

  1. If you are a new user, you need to set up a payment password before proceeding.
  2. If you have already set a payment password, simply enter it to complete the payment.

Step 5: Initiate Shipment
Initiate Shipment

Forwarding Process:

  1. Once your order status shows “In Warehouse”, go to the “My Warehouse” page and select the packages that have arrived.
  2. Click the “Initiate Shipment” button to start a bulk shipment.
  3. Choose your preferred shipping method and enter the accurate delivery address.
  4. After confirming all details, the system will generate a shipment order and begin processing your forwarding request.

Step 6: International Shipping Payment
In My Orders, select the order you want to pay for and click the Pay button.

International Shipping Fee Payment Process

  1. Please enter your payment password to complete the payment for international shipping.

Following this, we will arrange to ship the goods to your designated delivery address via the shipping method you selected.
